***COVID-19 UPDATE***

Dear Customers,

As a small business, we are trying our best to provide professional beauty services for the last 20 months in Richmond. We will be doing all we can to maintain our service to you throughout this unprecedented period of uncertainty.

The well-being of both our customers and our teams is our biggest priority. We are closely following the advice of Public Health England and the World Health Organisation.

Cleaning in our stores has been heightened to ensure high standards of hygiene with particular attention being made to potential hot spots such as door handles, till areas, card machines and toilets.

We have adopted a non-contact approach and are asking that a respectful distance be kept between all individuals. Hand sanitiser is available and being used on a regular basis by our team.

Any of our team members who show even mild signs of flu-like symptoms have been directed to follow the government advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation.
